Come join like-minded investors in a local setting.  We're meeting virtually for now, but plan to have local Denton County meetups when in-person gatherings are a thing again.  This is a sales-pitch free zone and the meetings will be focused on networking and sharing experience.

I currently own 3 properties in St. Louis and will be looking to purchase more using the BRRRR strategy after my line-of-credit is established, hopefully in the next 30 days.

I live in Texas but have had a good experience so far, with a few lessons learned, in the St. Louis area.  Cash flow is great!  Good luck, let me know if you think I can answer any questions.

Hey I'm Nathan. I live in Denton and have been in the area my whole life. I've owned real estate in the area in the past but now have all my rentals out-of-state. I have not been able to find a RE Investor meetup that is getting together consistently, so I'm looking to get one started for the Denton County area. My hope is that we can move this to an in-person forum once we get past the Covid concerns.

Hey James- Welcome to RE Investing, best of luck to you.  I've got 3 rental properties in the St. Louis area.  I purchased the last one a couple years ago and had to step away from real estate for awhile to focus on my W-2 job.  But I'm working on getting back in the game in St. Louis.  If you have any specific questions, I'd be glad to answer to the best of my ability.

To anyone else that comes across this thread- I'm looking for a local bank that works with out-of-state investors on lines-of-credit. I would like to BRRRR some St. Louis property and use the LOC for purchase and rehab.
