@Alexander Felice I can see what you are saying about the cash flow properties around here. How many units are you working with now? We are submitting a bunch if offers right now to lock in a second project before the months out.

Wanted to share with the platform that we are working on our second flip in the Fayetteville NC area. We are excited to keep the training moving in this area, but like everything else looking for more. Does anyone have a good templet of a Partnership Agreement Contract. I was advised not to use a joint venture agreement, since I wanted to keep my LLC and another parties accounts separated and not wanting to open up a new account. I drafted the document as to show how capital was invested, roles of each party, and how the profits and losses were going to be accounted. But the legal advice I just received said that I can not use it. Been searching for an hour now and can't find one that will work for what I am trying to do. Thank you in advance for the help!
