@Kent Leach sorry I hit post before I was done typing it all up. Looking for a four plex unit in my local area. I am currently working with a partner now. We are currently flipping a property. We have the capital on hand, but would like to eventually do deals with others. Growing and networking is always the key. Apologies again for any confusion as to my uncompleted post. If you have any advice to give, I would greatly appreciate it!

@Chalie Krautkramer that’s great, I was told the REAI meet ups were the second Saturday of the month. Will make sure it be there.

Just wanted to post an update. I received word that one of my offers was accepted last night. So I can potentially have my 3rd project in the Fayetteville NC area started in the 3rd  week in April, as long as all inspections go well this week! Not sure if I will take on any more, due to my day job sending me out of town for a month here shortly. Still working on building my bench of trades, so that I can have dependable people running the day to day operations. Will work to hard these next few days to get a few more contacts in the GC world, so that if another property pops up I can take action on it with no real worries. 

@Todd Johnson I know a few that buy and hold, and they seem to happy with the cash flow. I wouldn’t know first hand since I am mainly doing rehabs. If I come across a property that could be sold back to a buy and hold after rehabs I will buy it up. I just have not found anything as of yet.
