Have you tried the "Find An Agent" tab at the top? Lots of great agents to be found there in your area.

Howdy ya'll! @Bill Schrimpf, thank you for the feedback. The featured agent program is still in its infancy and we are constantly improving our processes to make both the BiggerPockets investors and featured agents as successful as we can. To give a little context, the reason we started the program was because the community asked for it. With 2.4 Million members it was becoming increasingly difficult to connect with people and the first people the community wanted to be connected with in a simple and easy way were investor-friendly agents. Nearly a year later, we have over 700 featured agents in several hundred markets.

Paid leads are not for everyone to be sure. It has to fit with your business model and budget. When I first started out as an agent, I had to pay for leads because I was newly licensed and had just moved to a new city. I knew no one. Once I found BiggerPockets, and investing, I found that I preferred working with investors much more. The way I did it back then still works today. I set up my keyword alerts, spent time adding value in the forums, and started my own meetup. That being said, if the program existed back then, I definitely would have used it.

The featured agent program is a "shortcut" to get in front of high-intent leads straight from the BiggerPockets community. Will an agent close 25/25 leads? No. Most of our agents are doing quite well with the program and continue to purchase bundles of leads. 85% of the featured agents that have been with us since last year are still with us. For those agents on the fence about it, I would say try a bundle and see what kind of ROI you get from it. At the end of the day, the BiggerPockets community just wants to do business with other members of BiggerPockets. Let's help each other out, whatever that may look like!

When I used to show our rentals, I wouldn't do one-off showings. I would schedule one or two days/times where there would be an open house. This would be on all the ads as well. If people are really interested, they'll find a way to make those times work.

If you're an investor-friendly agent spending time on the forums, you're likely looking to connect with leads for your business.

How many hours per month is it taking you to close one deal this way?

Our featured agent program is a shortcut for your business, connecting investors directly with you when they're ready to buy or sell a property in your market.

700 agents on BP are taking advantage of this program right now.

Does it make sense to chat about this?
