NREIG (National Real Estate Insurance Group) Warning!

Hello everyone!

Just wanted to share my experience with NREIG (National Real Estate Insurance Group) based in Kansas City, Missouri. This company has the poorest customer service you could imagine. I got a quote around a year ago for an investment property and decided to go through with them. Initially everything was good. I got charged for first month and account setup fee, and they were able to provide me with the policy/proof of insurance. Then after that everything went blank. I noticed they hadn't charged me since then, so I reached out to them and they literally can't find any record of me or my policy!!! So basically my property has not been insured for this long due to their gross incompetence. Even now they are doing nothing to fix this. Very surprising that they are still operating at this rate, and the other reviews here on NREIG show that i'm not the only one having issues!

On that note, does anyone have recommendations for insurance companies working in the Toledo, OH market?
