Technically, it’s still a seller’s market in northern Colorado. I’m seeing some softening but not much. Depends on price point and asset class though. 

I don't understand what the big fuss is. We invest exclusively out of state. In fact, we sold all of our local properties to focus on said market. 

It's been the best thing for our business, hands down.

Hey Matthew, house hacking is great but there are also some short term rental opportunities in Fort Collins and Estes Park. You just need to know the pockets where they’re allowed.
