@Jameson Hooton, the problem I’m having is simply showing up to do the jobs. I’ve gone through 4 that I contacted and agreed to the work but never show up. I guess good help is hard to find.

Hello,

I’m an Omaha Nebraska landlord and am looking to see if anyone in the area knows of any good handymen?

I’ve gone through several poor handymen in the last few weeks and am looking for more options.

I promise I won’t steal away your good handymen as I just have a duplex at this time and only need work occasionally.

Yah I’ve seen that 3bed for sale at Poinciana Manor for a long time.  There’s also a crazy person trying to sell to a 2 bed in the complex for like $620,000 which I don’t know what that’s all about. @Trey Brown thanks for the input that’s kind of what I was thinking.

I’m currently trying to sell my rental property in Kailua Oahu but I’m getting no offers at all. The condo is recently renovated and the asking price has seen several price declines. It’s now listed at $519,000 which is about $10,000-$20,000 below comps in the building sold in the last month or two. Is the market starting to pull back? I currently live on the mainland(moved from Oahu to Nebraska 3 years ago). I understand interest rates have been going up some and rents have also dropped a little but what gives??

I've used Cobalt Credit Union for both my rental property and primary residence.  They gave me a very good interest rate for my rental property.

Wow, talk about coming full circle.  I was listening to your book today

@David Greene and your part about using technology to help me led me to search for more info about Apple Numbers. I've been having the hardest time looking for simple REI templates to use with Numbers.

I can't believe I'm the first one in 4 years to reply to this.  

Sorry I don't have any tips for you.

I can't believe I'm going to miss this event! I moved out of my condo in Kailua not to long ago to come to the cold Midwest.  So wish I could be there! @Brandon Turner and @Scott Trench make sure you guys get to Kailua beach....best on the island. 

No, but this is something I would like to see a bunch of people post on. I like the Omaha market and have an interest in notes.
