Newly Rehabbed. No Repair Budget Needed

Home has a new Roof , Water Heater and Furnace!

Market Value - 640,000 and Increasing within the year!

GREAT FOR BUY AND HOLD.  THAT'S OVER 180K RETURN!

MUST PROVIDE PROOF OF FUNDS WITH AN OFFER.

Newly remodeled mountain home on 2.31 acres. Private well on the property is one of the most robust in the area with sweet tasting high quality water. The property is zoned for horses and has a 1680 sq. ft. rustic barn at the far end of the property. This location is only 7 minutes from old downtown Flagstaff and less than 10 min to the Az snowbowl. The 5th bedroom over top of the garage could also be a perfect in law quarters with its own entrance. 600 sq feet of new decking on the outside of the house. It has an attached 2 car garage.

@Account Closed  I see it being profitable if we mass produce at a miniscule cost and own the land. That way when the Tiny house fad is over, we can plow and rebuild.

Lately I have been contemplating the whole "tiny house" takeover.  My husband and I were thinking of constructing the mini homes for the many people that live on the coasts. This looks and sounds great, but I want to know if this is a lucrative investment or will we spend more than we actually make?
