REI..... sounds like a plan. Maybe i can snatch some buyers there. Do I just walk in and they are standing at the door waiting for me?(j/k) Is it better to attend any meeting because i see they have different types but none that seems like investors will be in attendance.

I ham a sorta new to the wholesaling business.  I have worked in sales for over 10 years so I have done a great job in obtaining sellers. I have a home under my belt now, I just dropped the ball on investors.  I cant seem to obtain investors and I my contracts are set to expire.  I think I pulled the cart before the horse.. Do anyone have any great tips for obtaining a remarkable buyers list?

@Mike Watkins

Quality homes are home that need little to no rehab cost.  Homes with great curb appeal , and a certain specialty about them.

Well on looking for tips on how to expand my buyers list.  Do you have any?
