Hi Mercedes! Great question and this is a great place to ask it. Here's my take - I would say the needs are going to be very different depending on where the investor is in their journey. For new investors you will be a connector of resources, education and contacts. For more experienced investors you will be more of an extension of the team or advisor to them on comps, current buyer trends and other market expertise.

Hi Mateo! You may already follow them but 'Our Rich Journey' on youtube shares a ton about moving to Portugal. Would love to hear an update when you learn more.

Love this! I hear a lot of people say that 'house hacking' in higher priced markets does not work and I'll point them to this post. Was the DADU already on the property? Very cool find!
