what are of MN are you working in that you are running into this?

I have to upload my pics, but I can almost guarentee that the bath of this rehab I bought would win the show BAD BAD BATHS....Pic await!

What you always need is an exit strategy.

Are you going to rehab it? Wholesale it? Sell to end buyer?

It def isnt cakewalk work, but it can be very rewarding.

i dont have a RE license, but I use the same agent for all my deals....

I started out wholesaling houses to investors who want equity positions (NO CASH OUT)....I simply created my starting funds doing these deals....I must say it was hard at first with plenty of properties but no buyers, now it is vice versa.....these days, you have to watch out for those properties that are not truely discounted...best of luck! :beer:

Hello everyone..25 year old from Minnesota. I own a Car Audio shop for the past 2 years that runs itself.

I have been doing REI for about 4 years now and successfully doing it for the past 2. I do alot of wholesales and rehabs.

I work with one main agent and we knock stuff out. I find the deals, she has the buyers and facillitates the deal. We split 50/50 on our deals. I have to say that we have been doing REAL well this year.

I have showed the wholesaling ways to my peers here and they act as bird dogs finding new deals and we break them in about 5k or so.

I also want to thank anyone and everything that has brought this world to me..as a HS drop out, no college education, and with a past criminal record (Stupidity), I have to say that I am proud of what I do now and that IF I CAN DO IT, ANYONE CAN!!!

Running 2 seperate businesses and completely rehabbing a lakeshore house right now and coming on 2 months now and we are almost done with deck and landscaping. Still got to 2nd coat paint interior and get cabinets and wood floors in next..

So like anyone said, ANYTHING CAN HAPPEN...I wanted to finish by 8/1.

Now I hope for 9/1 to relist and sell before winter hits...

For me..it was a financial crunch. I knew it was getting close to the end and had to make money out of thin air to get started. From their on, its getting only better by the day.
