Hello everyone..25 year old from Minnesota. I own a Car Audio shop for the past 2 years that runs itself.

I have been doing REI for about 4 years now and successfully doing it for the past 2. I do alot of wholesales and rehabs.

I work with one main agent and we knock stuff out. I find the deals, she has the buyers and facillitates the deal. We split 50/50 on our deals. I have to say that we have been doing REAL well this year.

I have showed the wholesaling ways to my peers here and they act as bird dogs finding new deals and we break them in about 5k or so.

I also want to thank anyone and everything that has brought this world to me..as a HS drop out, no college education, and with a past criminal record (Stupidity), I have to say that I am proud of what I do now and that IF I CAN DO IT, ANYONE CAN!!!
