Hi, Im new here and need some advice. I have 3 houses and the payments are killing me. it was ok untill this one that i had a lease option on couldnt pay anymore.. see the house im trying to sell or lease option out before it goes to foreclosure.

i will sell at a good price. or maybe someone here has some advice of how to handle this. the other house i have is rented and 1 i live in.

or maybe short term loan until it sells. i priced it way below everyone else and it is in good condition. move in ready. my clock is ticking
