@Frank Wong thanks for your insight. As a broker, do you often have investors in your team?

I didn’t know about the cap, I’ll ask next week when I’ll meet him again.

Thanks @Jake Fugman!

I have one offer for 90/10 and no monthly fees but he wouldn’t provide any structured training since he often hires experienced people. I would be an exception.

Then other really well structured  brokerages want a bigger slice of the cake, which is understandable but I’m afraid it will hurt my personal transactions.

Do you do any direct mail for your investment side of business?

Hello to all Real Estate Agents/investors! I just passed my State Exam and I got approached by several brokers to work with them as their sales associate. Which terms should I bring to the table in order to not have conflict of interest? How do the investors deal with this? I would appreciate any advice on how to proceed. Thanks!

Congratulations on your success and thanks for sharing your journey!!!

Keep up the great work

Thanks, @Kyle J. !
Have you done one recently? We are trying to determine if a property is a flip deal or not.

Thanks again

Can anyone provide some general guidelines on how to estimate the cost of putting in a wooden fence on a flip?
