I’m now taking the FL State administrator course.

I don’t plan on becoming an administrator myself but I don’t want to depend on an employee to be in compliance with the State. I’m learning a ton with that.

@Adam Karr I’ve been studying and getting involved with this for a year now.

I went under contract to buy one already in business but I did with partners and turned out not to be a good fit, so I walked away from that opportunity.

I’m creating my website and thought I should ask which one do you use/recommend for lead generation?

Carrot or Lead Propeller?

What is your feedback on those? Anything else put there I should check it out?

Also, should I buy my domain from them, or directly from Google and transfer over? Any recommendations?

When you mentioned you hired a consultant, would you sharing his/her contact?

Seems like a land trust is the best to protect the Estate. Google Augie Byllot Land Trust (Common Wealth Trust Services) and you will find his company. They can help you to set this up and answer any questions you might have. I tried to post the link here, but it didn't let me.

Yes, I have everything ready to evict her, just didn’t do yet because of the Governor’s order suspending evictions.

She is not withholding rent because of the stairs. It’s because she saw she can’t be evicted so she is riding this out... despite or letters, messages and conversations educating her she still has to pay. It’s a C/C- neighborhood and she is a “F” tenant...

I was just wondering if I could get some sort of order to make her cooperate with this.
