Hi Ray,

Yes I did. it looks like the numbers will work well even with the less expensive property manager. I bought a four bedroom end unit. In the next phase that will soon be released that model will be pricing 25,000 more. So, at the very least I have already had some appreciation. As Disney opens up to much higher capacity I’m assuming things could be better than I anticipated.

I bought a villa also, not a cottage.

Has anyone looked into, or have an opinion on, investing in a short term vacation rental at Margaritaville Orlando? They are starting a new phase of townhomes and I am trying to figure out if the returns will be good. Tourism is still not where it has been before covid but I believe in a year or so it will probably bounce back to pre-covid levels.

Following. Maggie Valley sounds interesting to me too, but it doesn’t have near the amount of visitors as the Pigeon Forge area, and the taxes are higher

I have one in Hilton Head with an average 2% ROI a year. I love it there so I deal with it. I have three in Pigeon Forge that average a 14% ROI. You can do well, just pick the areas you invest in wisely.

Good question. I haven’t figured that out yet either. You hear of people that scale up to five or six properties in a year, but I am very unclear how that happens. You can just borrow so much I would think!

How does high crime translate to high cash flow??

What system is most recommended to program door codes remotely? And what system for videos and thermostats? Is there one good system that encompasses all of this that anyone thinks is great (and is easy to use?)
