Best cash flow market

Hey all.

I am curious on the STR if you were going to invest in one market and your only goal was cash flow where would you look?

@Account Closed That site is making the mistake it usually does with pure tourist towns.  The year round residents number
6,238.  But the town has 9 million tourists come through every year, many staying multiple days in the area.  Consequently, those numbers are skewed to where it looks like a tiny population commits a high number of crimes.  But that's not true when you take into consideration the total number of people staying there every year.
