DSCR loans are great, especially for my just startup LLC. However, they still look into your DTL ration because inevitably, you are the person behind the loans, not just the rent roll, potential, etc. However, it is a start.

Hello BP community,

I am looking for alternate lenders that look at the value, rental income potential of a property, rather then looking at my debt to income ratio. Looking to get a duplex for my 2nd investment, and DTI is not that good, but credit score is over 700s. Do you guys have any recommendations, where I should talk to?

Hi guys, 

I am Nam, new and just started, I live in Raleigh, NC, just bought my 1st house, and doing a house hack. 

I am looking for a seller finance house in Cheektowaga, NY (near Buffalo, NY) for my mom. I am just putting it out there for help, would appreciate it. 

As for myself, I am looking to learn from a mentor, or work for wholesalers to learn the rope in real estate.
Please reach out if you're in the area! I'm looking to connect with other investors, wholesalers, and RE professionals to build relationships, talk shop, and/or find some deals!
