Creative lending questions
Hello BP community,
I am looking for alternate lenders that look at the value, rental income potential of a property, rather then looking at my debt to income ratio. Looking to get a duplex for my 2nd investment, and DTI is not that good, but credit score is over 700s. Do you guys have any recommendations, where I should talk to?
