Just got real estate investor bug!

Hi guys, 

I am Nam, new and just started, I live in Raleigh, NC, just bought my 1st house, and doing a house hack. 

I am looking for a seller finance house in Cheektowaga, NY (near Buffalo, NY) for my mom. I am just putting it out there for help, would appreciate it. 

As for myself, I am looking to learn from a mentor, or work for wholesalers to learn the rope in real estate.
Please reach out if you're in the area! I'm looking to connect with other investors, wholesalers, and RE professionals to build relationships, talk shop, and/or find some deals!
