I'm looking to purchase my first investment property I wanted to know how are condos in Las Vegas NV? Would a condo be a good investment to start with? I'm trying to choose between a SFR or condo. My goal is to find a good rental property. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hi everyone I'm a new investor in Las Vegas over the past month I've been reading blogs and listening to as many podcast as possible. BP has really been great for me I'm learning so much. I'm trying to keep the momentum going making short goals and knocking them out as I keep learning. I eventually want to buy and hold properties but to start out I wanted to try to gain experience with locating properties for other REI. So if anyone in the Las Vegas area needs help searching for deals I'd like to help.
