How to locate birddogs?

I've searched the forums for a few hours, but I can't seem to find a thread that gives some good answers on finding birddogs.

I am looking for a very particular type of birddog: Motivated ones, and LOTS of them. I don't want to create relationships with mailmen, or or anyone who's not directly interested in real estate. I want to find the birddogs that are already doing it, or planning on doing it. To be more specific, I'm looking exclusively for seasoned birddogs, or newbie's starting out and looking to climb the real estate totem pole, so to speak.

I know I can find them at local REI Clubs, or maybe through craigslist ADs. But There's got to be other ways. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
