depends on your budget. I am at upper Monroe and Park. But those areas are pricey.

I agree with Steve. I have seen a few Israelis burned from houses like it. Think like south Tel Aviv near the central bus station type of area.

Are these real properties?  Numbers seems too good to be true.

Rochester is an amazing market for buy & hold. But there is a need to know the areas and not be tempted to buy cheap in a bad area.

I would say mortgage payment + investment income.

Here are my thoughts:

1. Tax benefits for mortgages

2. Low interest rates, lock the mortgage now

3. You can always sell the investment to pay off the mortgage

4. Value/income of investment can go up
