Welcome @Christopher George! You are taking some great first steps. I agree with a lot of what people have said so far. If you want to join a good real estate group, you can look up Tidewater Real Estate Investors Group (TRIG). I am a member of that group and it really is a great group of people. 

As for finding wholesalers in the area to help, I know their are quite a few out there. Whether they are willing to help out is a different question. If you can offer a service or a skill set to the wholesaler maybe they would be more keen to mentor you a bit. @Gary Alford could be a good person to reach out to. I see him playing a very active role in wholesaling.

Hey all, I'm trying to find a good accountant or CPA in the Hampton Roads area. If they were located in Chesapeake, Norfolk, or Virginia Beach that would be great since that's closest to me. But if they are outside of the area that's okay I suppose.

I'm looking for someone to help me set up a chart of accounts and to help me determine the best entity structure for my current financial situation. Any other bonuses like bookkeeping or quick books training is a plus but not required. Thanks!
