Hey guys! I've been marketing for distressed properties pretty consistently. As for direct mail marketing, what niche works best for wholesalers? I know there are many (absentee, tax lien, vacant, probate, etc.) but I don't want to attack all niches and have my arms outstretched. Any advice would help. Thanks

Hello Rigo Medina I am a wholesaler in Houston. I think certain wholesalers either get their numbers wrong (ARV, comps, etc) or they are just greedy. Maybe a little bit of both. How many different wholesalers have u worked with before?
