@Mario Dattilo yes in the past it was bad, but they have all new people and I went and saw the factory and the products are looking great.

@Patrick O'Shea you do not need to be a dealer to buy homes for your park. Yes they can sell in PA the shipping would just be more because of the factory it comes out of. I do work with Legacy, but my Dad just got 50 homes from Legacy for his park. LOL

Hey All,

I was able to get 50 new homes added to my park with Legacy Housing, they have a great park program that allowed me use in-house financing. And get deep discounts on there homes. I wanted to let you guys know if you need some homes they are great to work with! Let me know if you have any questions!

@David Bridgman Legacy has a great program to get homes in the park, they also have a factory in Georgia so getting homes to Florida would be very simple. DM me if you have any questions I would be more then happy to help.

@Travis Kay You have two different models, Tiny Home NON-HUD 399SF and under the home is build a little different and is made to move more often because of the frame it is placed on. The home will not have a oven and will be on a 100 AMP braker. A tiny HUD approved home will be built more like a manufactured home, the home can have an oven and will be on a 200 AMP breaker, but can go lower if going into a RV park. All HUD homes must be over 400SF. DM me for more info you will just have to show the home you are getting is HUD approved.

@Alan Tripp are you looking for a loan on the land and home or just the home?

@Logan M. That's odd i'm not sure about Utah, I know in the southeast you don't need to be a dealer.

@Patrick O'Shea. You can do a program through Legacy and get the homes at a discount same price a dealer would pay. Then do in house financing for parks at great rates. DM me if you have any questions.
