I was wanting some advice from an expert or experienced person.  I'm planning to buy a triplex around the first of the year. I have a few credit cards with not so big of balance left to payoff. I'm want to know the best way to boost my credit score. Should I pay them off at once and score goes up? Or should I make a huge payment every month and score goes up? which is the best solution for boosting my credit score within these next 5 months. Put this in mind I don't have any outstanding or overdue lines credit. I've never defaulted on any accounts. I have no collections pending.

well I'm a handyman as well so this will help out a lot. And I know a lot of guys who do maintenance. So that cut down a lot of my expenses. Im only paying water/trash.
