boosting credit score for home purchase
I was wanting some advice from an expert or experienced person. I'm planning to buy a triplex around the first of the year. I have a few credit cards with not so big of balance left to payoff. I'm want to know the best way to boost my credit score. Should I pay them off at once and score goes up? Or should I make a huge payment every month and score goes up? which is the best solution for boosting my credit score within these next 5 months. Put this in mind I don't have any outstanding or overdue lines credit. I've never defaulted on any accounts. I have no collections pending.

You want to keep your credit cards below 30% of their max limits, and it can't hurt to keep them lower than that. The amount you pay doesn't matter, as long as you pay at least the minimum each month. If you're having trouble getting them down ask for a credit line increase to lower the percentage.
