I'm the owner of a triplex building. It seems that I have misplaced one of the tenants lease in which they have signed already.  What should I do if tenant doesn't want to cooperate with resigning another lease? Reason being this particular tenant is very hard to deal with at times.  FYI this is a section tenant.

Yes my property tax are impounded in my mortgage.  And I do have money in my escrow account. I was going to use that money to pay the supplemental tax bill in the escrow account but i was told by the mortgage company it would affect my monthly mortgage payment increasing it.

Anyone here in California dealing with a Supplemental tax bill?  Did you pay the whole bill or did you make payments?  Are there any programs out to help pay this bill?

Hello my fellow landlords!  Well I have a few subjects I'd like to discuss. My first is. I have a vacant unit. I'd like to include the electric bill in the rent. How do I go about doing this? The concern is I have a section 8 building. I know I can simply put electric bill included in the lease with a regular tenant. But there may be some guide lines with section 8. Does anyone know anything about this?

Hello people!! First of all let me tell my goal I'm trying to achieve. I have a few credit cards that have a large balance.  I have the funds (cash) to pay them down. What I would like to know if I make  large payments to each one is this a good way to raise my credit score? Or should I split the payments up to make simi-large payments. I want to try this strategy to raise my credit for my next property.
