Hi I am looking to buy a empty lot in Stockton California that the city

says up to 11-13 units can be built on lot.i am paying for the lot in

cash. My question is how much would I need to borrow to build a small

apartment complex? What steps do I need to take? Any recommendations for

architects or builders?

Yes you do if u are running a business in most cities you must have a business license.

This might not be legal to evict their is a signed contract with housing authority and HUD regarding payment as long as tenant pays her portion I will assume a judge will dismiss this it you try to evict
