@Nathan G. Which bank is this?

If you have stocks, and you would like to keep it since it has potential future growth. Can you use this asset in a loan application?

So let’s say I have 50k worth of stocks, can I equal to this money or less from a lender without the need to sell it.

Maybe it seems simple but I want to exhaust my options without the need to sell my stocks. If so, what you call this transaction and who would be willing to do this?

@Tyler Emerson not all the time, do your own analysis to estimate a value of a property such as upgrades or Reno work and build on top of what is on estimates from platforms you use.
