I usually book through Expedia for cost savings but was worried about not getting the benefits of using my United Explorer credit Card such as free bag and 2x points. No need to worry. You simply input your united explorer info at checkout and you're fine

Hey man, 400K is enough to get you into a multifamily in Union County. If you want an urban area then look into Elizabeth. It is a better area than Newark, East Orange, etc.  I would also check out Roselle, Linden, and Rahway.
