Im just beginning so I don't have a lot of advice. I would tell you to stick with it. I know it can feel like you need that male figure in your life to help make the tough decisions but you can do this. Heck you've been doing it!

Sit down and take a really good look at what the problem is; then seek out someone you trust and get specific advice.

I remember hearing that a number of times in all the information I have read. The deal will bring the buyers. I really like the part about increasing the size of my buyers list.

This gentleman contacted me to find a rehab property in a good neighborhood with decent schools. He wanted to spend up to 350k for the deal. It would be my first wholesale deal. I don't want to make a big mess of things. Yes I know, I'm not above mistakes but I could use some guidance on this one please.
