First let me apologize, I disappeared into a new project and work the last few weeks and was not on BP much at all. 

But, it's the new year and time to get back into the swing of things here in Omaha, NE!

I completely agree with the two points @Jonathan Makovsky mentioned. He did a better job of articulating them than I could have!

I also agree with what @Owen Dashner stated about the +100k price point. I know I've started to see the same thing here in Omaha.

In the end it all comes down to what you're looking for.
