I'm doing pretty much the exact same thing. I scheduled a meeting with a CPA to discuss some of the tax benefits/burdens. I think for protection purposes you should speak to either a RE Lawyer or a wealth conservation specialist.

Well right now with only three people being able to make it so far, I think we can leave the venue open and play it by ear until more people RSVP. I've both of your numbers so I'll shoot you a text a little closer to the second about the location.
