@Jessica Stern Get Property Management Company. There are a few good ones in Philly.

@Michael Ives, Airbnb in any area in Philadelphia besides center city will be affected. The issues is way too many rentals are being used by underage teen parties, and shootings break out. Many folks in Phillybare blaming the Airbnb hosts for this happening.

Hello Jon and Miguel, thank you for the welcome. I appreciate it. 

I'm taking my time and absorbing as much information as I can. I know I will need to jump out there in the RE waters to really learn to swim, but I'm not quite there yet 😢😢. I have at least one thing in place thus far, but again, its research time for me.

So far, flipping and investing seem to be my interest. In not sure if I'm ready to be a landlord..my temperament isn't of a landlord. I want in and out. However, I know it isn't that quick, so I will remain patient.

Hello Everyone, I'm Stacey in Philadelphia. I ran across Bigger Pockets a few days ago while researching a few upcoming seminars. Although I own my home, I'm green when it comes to Real Estate. Its a new year, I'm weary of the constant grind, and I need some income. 

I've been reading the information in here and finding it very valuable..moreso than spending hundreds of thousands on big name RE seminars. I've downloaded the ebook and have been reading that as well. Ill be listening to the podcasts and taking notes as well.

I look forward to reading and networking with everyone.
