New Member in Philadelphia

Hello Everyone, I'm Stacey in Philadelphia. I ran across Bigger Pockets a few days ago while researching a few upcoming seminars. Although I own my home, I'm green when it comes to Real Estate. Its a new year, I'm weary of the constant grind, and I need some income. 

I've been reading the information in here and finding it very valuable..moreso than spending hundreds of thousands on big name RE seminars. I've downloaded the ebook and have been reading that as well. Ill be listening to the podcasts and taking notes as well.

I look forward to reading and networking with everyone.
