Is Airbnb/Short Term Rentals Dead in Philadelphia??

Good morning BP family, it has come to my attention that having an Airbnb or short term rental property in Philadelphia will be more difficult going forward since the City's zoning department has issued new regulations to them. According to what I have seen, the city is only allowing homeowners who are residents of that home to rent out rooms or parts of the home with a lodging permit for only a total of 180 days. Unless you have a property or can acquire a property with the correct zoning, which seems to only be commercial zoning,  can you get the permit which allows you to rent out the property 365 days of the year. Does this mean Short term rentals like Airbnb are over and done with in the city of Philadelphia, I'd love to hear what the BP family has to say about this.
