Hello BP! We are shopping for MHP Insurance, I have already engaged MOBILE INSURANCE but looking to see who other owners are using. We need all the appropriate coverage for a park, have a bunch of POH but the value is so low on these that we don't want to get tied into major coverage expenses premiums, any input on who your favorites are would be great, located in south east. Hey Bigger Pockets! We are taking over a new park shortly, any advice on the best way to notify all the tenants (beside door posts) to let them know where to pay rent etc so we don't miss a beat, I know this may be a challenge, any example of a good letter saying" there is a new sheriff in town" haha, , and is there any input on new ways to collect rent that have been effective, or new payment methods to investigate? We will never accept cash of course. Thanks in advance!

Florence MSA, 61 lots total and 59 park owned homes, 2 vacant, so the park owns all of them

Hello, looking at a 61 unit MHP park with 59 POH. I need a firm that can handle mgmt and run a rent to own program. I know some firms handle the rent to own programs for owners in exchange for the homes themselves, anyone have a good firm they have used before? Not looking for a regular property mgmt company. Thanks in advance!!
