Hello, looking at a 61 unit MHP park with 59 POH. I need a firm that can handle mgmt and run a rent to own program. I know some firms handle the rent to own programs for owners in exchange for the homes themselves, anyone have a good firm they have used before? Not looking for a regular property mgmt company. Thanks in advance!!
