If you google your name you come up as a 4th grade teacher in PG county.  Much respect for all you're doing in that area, and to all teachers.

However the Stonewall Capital website has the vibe of a teacher playing dress-up as a multifamily syndicator, not actually being a real multifamily syndicator.  People can smell its not he real deal, so are being polite, but not going to invest their money.  

Again, not trying to be mean, much respect for teachers.

So are you saying you want to be a turnkey provider in the future?  Or you'll provide investors a fixed rate of return for loans?
