Whats wrong with buying something in Arlington for 350K that will be 550K in 6-7 years with HQ2

Turbo tax is extremely easy to use and very user friendly.  There is no challenge for me using it to enter expenses or otherwise.  If you have challenge, try using their "talk to a live CPA" feature, or just outsource your taxes altogether.

I'm currently looking at purchasing 5 turnkeys from either Wolf Blitzer or Matt Lauer.  Does anyone on BP have experience working with either?

Tell the seller to lose the agent and save 6%.  You get a good deal at 95,000.  Seller gets 1k more than by selling at 100,000 and losing 6K to commission.

(I don't do this .. just being controeversial for fun)
