Ironically people googling Marcos credibility will end up in this thread and therefore cancel their decision to join his mastermind and therefore cause further pain to the value of this equity you are now an owner of.

@Michael Lewis

Your book on the 2008 crash was good. Will you write something about Norada?

Reading all these posts are making it more difficult. If anyone can suggest some help I would greatly appreciate it. If you just want to shame me, well I’ll doing enough of that myself. And once I share this with my family… not sure what will happen. Any help out there please keep me in mind. And in your prayers.

Sorry to hear mate 🙏

No shame in loosing.

It's how you recover and pick yourself back up.

If you don't, then that's a shame

I have lost more than I can count and so have many others on this forum.

Losses are part of business and life in general.

Our time and energy comes at a price.

The biggest price is the emotional one.

I prefer learning from losses as much as possible and doing my best to not repeat the same mistakes.

Also, not dwelling on it for long and not living in the past to avoid further emotional drag and doubt about moving forward.

Personally, I also don't get involved in lawsuits or collections and consider every loss as my own fault.

Moving forward smarter and more experienced.

Moving forward and doing my best to make more than what I have lost.

I hope that helps and God Bless

yup 08 to 2011 I lost 10 million in equity.. and had to start over in 2012.. I describe that on my pod cast with bp # 222

I become a ghost at $10m cash mate (Not equity or assets) lol

Won't pick up the phone anymore and laptop is going into the Mediterranean waters hehe

 You mean Maumee River?

I told them I had no classifications stating I was an accredited investor and they allowed me to invest anyway knowing I wasn’t.

So the SEC rules saved non accredited investors from losing money worked as designed. Wait maybe not…

UPDATE:
....How do others interpret this?....

Complete and utter insanity that anyone would ever have "invested" into such a bonkers thing.

Because it all reads as legit, as all this was baked in from day 1. Which is NUTZ!
I can't wrap my head around the fact that people bought into such a thing.....

It's as if everyone purchased bear-trap underwear because it was trending and ignored that it's giant steel teeth wrapped around your........

Definitely many red flags even from day one. Even before people noticed CFO is banned by SEC. Even if you don’t read the paperwork like Apple terms and conditions, there is a RadioShack logo on their website isn’t that enough?

Some investments start weak and grow more stable/stronger over time "j-curve".  If you can see good returns if you take the long game you can keep them. If years of stress ahead is overwhelming you just sell them.

@Engelo Rumora, when are you going to come back and visit us in Memphis?!  It's been too long.

It would be an honor to see you again mate.

I'll shoot you an email.

Keep being great and speak soon

I think both Toledo and Memphis are around 50% rentals?  That is just normal not saturated in those cities, lot of blue collar.

Quote from @Sam Zawatsky:

I am really split between new cabinets or getting the old ones repaired and painted. I think new cabinets would be around 3000 fully installed. And I’m thinking  it would raise the rent by 50-100 dollars a month. Now as far as countertops, I was gonna get new Formica, which I expect to be about 1600 fully installed with a new sink. Whereas quartz or granite would be around 3200 installed with the new sink. Doesn’t granite have maintenance issues?

 paint them 100%
