The software I use has a 3rd party called Sure that provides renters insurance. I've had no issues with them and would highly recommend. 

Inventory shortages are my main concern! 

Working out 6 out of 7 days a week is a goal of mine. My light workout days can look like a walk and/or Yoga. Overall this helps me clear my mind while also keeping me healthy!

Simple. I plan on getting a mentor.

Poor planning and not enough funds. 

My why is to have freedom with my time and freedom financially. I want to be there for my family more and want to also provide for them.
