Designing Your Life: How to Build a Well-Lived, Joyful Life is a book by Bill Burnett and Dave Evans. 

- Not a Real Estate book but a book helpful in getting my thoughts out onto paper on the different types of careers/work in life. More of a freedom mindset on truly going after the passions in life that I have.

Post: Masks for walk though?

If it's just a walk through it's fine to wear a mask. I have nothing to lose, it's literally 10-15 mins if not less to show that tenant around. For me, dieing on this hill would cause more distance between my tenants.
