If anyone needs a lender that does DSCR loans for up to 8 units on one property, I found someone who has a product for this! 30 year fixed very competitive rates, 15 or 20% down. All of the other lenders I spoke to only do DSCR loans for up to 4 units on one property …shes the only one that I found after calling many lenders that does up to 8 as long as the lot size is under 15 acres. This was a big help for me and thought it may be helpful to someone in this group. Feel free to mention my name, she knows me very well. She's licensed in all states except for 4. @David Brooks Congrats on your property in Yucca Valley. I am sure you will do great, sounds like you did a lot of research.
