If anyone needs a lender that does DSCR loans for up to 8 units on one property, I found someone who has a product for this! 30 year fixed very competitive rates, 15 or 20% down. All of the other lenders I spoke to only do DSCR loans for up to 4 units on one property …shes the only one that I found after calling many lenders that does up to 8 as long as the lot size is under 15 acres.
