And remember Location, Location, Location. That's important, there must be a reason why someone want to rent your lot!

Why don't you get some land and rent it out, you can do almost anything with land, unless there is an existing convenant either between the previous owners or the government.

Awesome! Shine and don't let nobody take that away from you, it really seems like real estate is the game to play, Thank god with the properties I accumulated I would say I have about 35,000 in equity. Unless you had a loan, I would of kept it, Florida is definitely a hot spot. What was the lot size if you don't mind me asking?

I'm not going to lie to you if you studied the course and grasp everything that was taught you should be able to achieve the 70 percent minimum. The flip side is when I took the exam there was something that was being asked that had a whole nother meaning than what the course taught. My partner who was studying at the same time as I put me on to a book that she heard about from her school and when I read it that question was in the book. The title is

2015 New York Real Estate Exam Prep Questions and Answers: Study Guide to Passing the Salesperson Real Estate License Exam Effortlessly

It is available in amazon on kindle.

I know you guys want to pass the exam and I just gave a resource. But through my studies I want to encourage you guys to soak in your course especially if you are new as it teach you a lot about real estate for beginners. I wish you guys the best of luck and let's get the deal done.

It's interesting that you asked this question. I was doing some research last night on glassdoor and indeed. There was an entry level position for like a commercial real estate investment analysis that required you to have at least a 3.0 gpa in any Bachelors Field. I guess you just have to do due diligence.

I'm on mobile so I can't use the at function. But I think this is the point to talk an attorney because he may come back with a wrongful eviction suit especially since you told him to leave.
