To tell everyone the truth I'm kind of surprised nobody has any opinions about anything on this post as all of it came either directly from this site or from links provided on this site.

Still I wanted to add one more thing check out this link:

I was watching a program about Free Masons on Nat Geo & they where talking about symbolism & how masionic symbols are everywhere, so I thought I wonder what these images symbolize (google symbolism arrows & axe) on either side of the podium in congress.

First thing you should see is the Wikipedia definition.

What the F would those be doing there?

Anybody

Bob,

I thought it was a good article in the sense that what people consider as normal will have to change.

I just do not see how an economic crisis caused by abhorrent debt could have ever been solved with printing 700 B in new debt for the American people to pay off over the next X # of generations.

I think the real root of the problem is fractional lending practices at a 10 to 1 ratio. This practice being like me as a investor selling a property I have on a note to ten different investors. Clearly this would be unethical and fraudulent practice for an individual who would be rightfully prosecuted. Still you can see the similatities ten seperate notes (mortgages) backed by the same asset in this case a home in the banks case a single deposit of (Fiat money).

I mean in a system where the only real value of our money is in other countries belief of our ability & willingness to pay back the debt.

I think the only way out of this is for people to only purchase the things they need. To save & educate themselves about the econimy & make savy investments based on their own observations and research.

That is the truth if it where not for political policies & greed. If we spent the money we spent on the Iraq war bringing the great minds of our time together like we did to create a nuclear bomb in WWII & only worked on energy solutions & what would really fix the econimy how much better off do you think we would be?

HUM

I wonder if the media had anything to do with that 6%?

What was the total voter turnout?

They where busy building the RR's different time I know (just that the US has always taken advantage of desperate people) We (American Corperations) are doing it now in third world countries outsourcing American jobs to sweatshops paying pennies an hour. All in the name of higher profits.

Nothing everything runs in cycles. (not that it is a good cycle)

Definition of Crazy=keep doing the same things expect different resaults.

Because of the structure of the FED is not all our money debt?

The Fiat money system= Fed prints paper calls it money sells it at 6% to the Gov. who gives them more paper T-bills.

They print 10 M loan 100 M with fractional lending practices (more money from nothing) thereby giving us loans with interest so we pay them more for there nothing.

So we don't invest; we work to pay our debts but work hard so you can get good credit so you can owe us more interest & we can keep you working for us to pay it off.

Are corpoations Fascist entities?

What happens to your right the second you punch the clock?

What are your opinions?

Both,

If the price points are right location is not an issue. We simply require that the values for each prop be between 100-700K. Lets just start with something small say 10 M

So far I've only put in a couple of 2 M offerings at about 52% just to feel them out. The larger clients I have already have relationships with B&A.

I was just saying they are starting negotiations at 80%, which to me means they will as you said go 15-20% lower than that.

They told me not to expect a large discount based solely on volume.

Thank you for giving me a heads up on the 65-70% I have a couple of buyers who do not like to haggle & will not put in orders unless I can tell them what they will consider.

Still it is a lot of man hours for me to put together a 20 M portfolio 1 property at a time.
