Hey all.

I just recently purchased a house in Norwalk Ct and am house hacking. It's great thus far... except... we are looking to build a fence. When we told the neighbor about it which we thought were on our existing fence line (there are old poles from an old fence) he told us our property line is much less and the old poles are actually on his property.  I know we could get a surveyor but is there a cheaper way to look up property lines?  Thus far quotes on surveyors has been over a $1000.  Thanks in advance for your time.  Any help appreciated.

Hey there! I'm moving to Norwalk in a few weeks. We're in the process of closing on a house. I'm also getting into investing and have thought being a realtor would help find deals. So I say yes. Do it. Hope to catch up with you soon in the city.

Hey tiger fans. Molly Mayeux here born and raised in red stick. Although I live in the NYC right now I'll be investing in my hometown soon. Looking to put team together soon if any of you have references for investor realtors and or GCs. I've been scouring zip codes and think 70808 or 70810. Seems like some opportunities there plus crime not bad. I grew up in 70808. Thanks!
